These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "GTC") govern sales made on the website Flex Walk (hereinafter "the Site") to consumer clients located in the European Union .

2) Scope
The General Terms and Conditions apply to any order placed on the Site by a consumer (natural person acting for non-professional purposes) and prevail over any other document, unless otherwise specified in writing.
In the case of a translated version, the version displayed at the time of ordering applies.
3) Products
The products offered are described and presented as accurately as possible (photos, characteristics, sizes, compatibilities).
Slight differences may exist (colours, packaging, finishes), particularly depending on the production series.
4) Price
The prices displayed on the Site are indicated in the currency offered at the time of purchase and include, where applicable, the taxes applicable according to the country of delivery and the billing method indicated at checkout.
Delivery charges (and any optional services) are displayed before final order confirmation.
Important (import): Some international shipments may incur additional charges (VAT, customs clearance fees, duties) depending on the country and the carrier; when these charges are legally due and not included in the payment, they may be claimed from the customer by the authorities/carrier upon delivery.
5) Order
The customer selects the products, checks the summary (quantities, size, address, delivery method, total price), then confirms the order after payment.
The order is considered accepted after payment confirmation and order confirmation email.
Flex Walk reserves the right to refuse/cancel an order in the event of:

suspicion of fraud

information clearly incorrect (incomplete address),

Previous unresolved dispute.
6) Payment
Payment is made via the payment methods offered on the Site at the time of ordering.
The order is only prepared/shipped after payment has been validated.
7) Delivery
Area : Delivery available within the European Union according to the countries listed at checkout.
Time limit : The times shown are estimates; they may vary depending on the destination, the time of year, and the transport.
Risk transfer: The risk of loss/damage is transferred to the customer upon delivery of the package to the customer (or to the person designated by him).
The customer must check the condition of the package upon receipt and report any problems (damaged package, missing item, damaged product) as soon as possible to support: flexwalk2000@gmail.com .
8) Right of withdrawal (EU — 14 days)
For distance contracts (online purchases), the customer has a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify a reason.
To exercise this right, the customer must notify their decision to withdraw by email to flexwalk2000@gmail.com by indicating the order number and the items concerned.
Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply in certain cases (e.g. personalized items, products sealed for hygiene reasons if they have been unsealed, etc.), according to the exceptions provided for by the applicable EU rules.
9) Returns (terms and conditions)
After requesting a cancellation, the customer receives return instructions (address and procedure).
The product must be returned in a condition that allows it to be resold (unused, complete, with packaging if applicable), unless otherwise agreed or there is a proven defect.
Return shipping costs: Unless there is an error by Flex Walk or the product is defective/non-compliant, the return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
10) Reimbursements
In the event of a valid withdrawal, Flex Walk will reimburse the sums paid for the products (and, where applicable, the standard delivery charges) in accordance with EU rules.
The refund is issued via the original payment method, after receipt and inspection of the return or after proof of return shipment, as applicable.
11) Defective, damaged or non-conforming products
If a product is defective, arrives damaged, or does not conform to the order, the customer must contact flexwalk2000@gmail.com with :

A solution will be offered depending on the case: replacement, refund, or other suitable solution, in accordance with the applicable guarantees.
12) Personal data
Personal data is processed to manage orders, delivery, customer service, and fraud prevention, in accordance with applicable rules.

13) Intellectual property
All elements of the Site (texts, visuals, logos, design) are protected. Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
14) Applicable law and dispute resolution (EU)
The parties may provide for an applicable law, but this choice cannot deprive the consumer of the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of the country where he or she habitually resides when the activity is directed towards that country (EU rules — consumer contracts).
